Our Non Stop Approach
The company achieves its investment objective by acquiring a diversified portfolio of predominantly office, distribution warehouse and industrial Grade A properties let to strong covenant strength tenants on minimum ten year leases. Investment criteria includes good growth areas, yield, timing and reversionary potential. Our preferred lot size is in the £3M to £8M bracket, our philosophy being that it is easier to dispose of this smaller size unit should circumstances be appropriate.
Asset management and bookkeeping requirements are outsourced to professional organisations thus creating time for the CEO to manage the listed Broomford Estate and the residential letting properties thereon.
Being unencumbered by debt the company can redeploy sales/rent receipts into potential investment opportunities as cash buyers. All our outside introducing agents have the comfort of our no-nonsense quick reaction to introductions, some of which are off-market situations. We retain most of the household name national agents which keep us advised on upcoming opportunities on a timely basis.

As illustrated in our featured properties, our investment risk is spread across a diverse range of sectors. This has had enormous benefits historically and especially so during the recent pandemic. In this challenging time not one of our tenants became insolvent and rent receipts ranged between 98 and 100% from day one of the lockdown. Our goal is to maintain complete tenant satisfaction backed up by regular communication and site visits deemed necessary in the tenants' interests as well as our own. In short, through its prudent investments and flexible strategy the company has created tremendous goodwill and opportunities which benefit both tenants and associated organisations alike.
